Shipping & Delivery
Dosti Beer has partnered with Best of British Beer to manage fulfilment and distribution, ensuring all orders are handled efficiently and delivered with care.

Orders are shipped using DHL as the primary courier, though alternative trusted couriers may occasionally be used to ensure timely delivery. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within one working day of being placed. Standard deliveries are sent on an overnight, next working day service to reach customers as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule
Standard shipping and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

UK Mainland Delivery Costs and Times
Standard Delivery: £5.95
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days, Monday to Friday.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, couriers will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe, hidden, and secure location. Where this is not possible, the parcel may be left on the doorstep or returned to the local depot for redelivery.

Deliveries are currently available to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns & Refunds
Every effort is made to ensure that orders arrive in perfect condition and are enjoyed as intended. However, if there are any issues with a delivery, damaged items, or concerns about product quality, this policy outlines the process for resolving them quickly and fairly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All parcels are carefully packed and handled by Best of British Beer and trusted courier partners. In the rare event that items arrive damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact info@dostibeer.com within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence of the issue may be requested to help assess and resolve the matter efficiently.

Where appropriate, replacement items will be sent, or a full or partial refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns
As Dosti Beer products are perishable and alcoholic, returns cannot generally be accepted unless the goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon receipt. Any approved returns must be arranged in advance and packaged securely in the original or equivalent packaging to prevent further damage in transit.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once goods have been received and inspected (where applicable) or once an issue has been verified. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for funds to appear in the original payment account, depending on the payment provider.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but the issue will be reviewed if there are extenuating circumstances.
